Reflecting on a year of collective growth

The close of the year offers a vital moment for pause and introspection. In our final session of 2025, we convened to celebrate the knowledge exchanged and the connections forged throughout the past twelve months. Central to this gathering was the co-creation of our personal 'Reach School Wrapped,' a collaborative exercise designed to capture the essence of our shared journey from the many perspectives we bring to Reach School from all corners of the world.

Rather than a passive review, we engaged in an open dialogue regarding the initiatives we wish to sustain, those we aim to refine, and the new territories we aspire to explore. We assessed the tangible impact the sessions have had on our respective studios and identified the practices that bring the most value to our network.

Some tangible impact that the sessions had on our work stood out:

- Multiple studios working together to facilitate a conversation in the network immediately deepens the conversation as already in the preparations, multiple perspectives    are represented in the content.
- Having the Reach School as a safe space where you can share ideas that are still in development is very meaningful for everyone involved because it helps each Reach    member to try out ideas beyond their local team.

We created our very own 2025 wrapped in a format that you can see in the image. This retrospective will help to shape the curriculum and structure of Reach School 2026, ensuring it remains a dynamic and safe space for professional growth, experiments and mutual inspiration. 

Two things we want to highlight here as we definitely keep nurturing it and bring it to 2026:

  1. The Reach School is based on trust. It’s a community of curious professionals. We offer and get support. 
  2. We have informed and deep conversations because we share knowledge and ideas that come from real lived experiences.
