Taking charge of our learning journeys

Many people today are seeking deeper connection, clarity, and a sense of meaningful purpose. At Reach School, we’ve been exploring how curiosity and small, intentional actions can help shift that feeling. Our May 2025 session offered a space to reflect, connect, and take small steps toward shaping our own learning journeys.
We asked simple but meaningful questions: What do you want to learn? What do you want to teach? What kind of impact do you want to make? These questions help people reflect and begin to take the lead in shaping their own journey—without pressure, just as an invitation.
Conversations are at the heart of our work. Each session starts with a conversation between two studios to facilitate a session as part of Reach School. By exchanging perspectives, practicing empathy, and truly listening to one another, people discover new ways to deepen their practice. We’re also exploring formats that support this—semi-structured conversations, creative roles beyond facilitation, and activities that invite people to bring their whole selves into the space.
Reach School provides a safe space and network to not only exchange ideas but also to build a sense of connection with people belonging to different cultures and contexts. When people contribute in ways that reflect who they are, it creates a richer experience for everyone.
